Infrared Sauna
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas use far-infrared wavelengths to warm the body directly. This promotes deep tissue relaxation, enhanced circulation, and detoxification through sweating, all at lower, more comfortable temperatures. Users often report reduced muscle soreness, improved skin clarity, and better sleep quality. Higher sauna frequency has also been shown reduce all-cause mortality, reduce inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity and heart rate variability, optimise blood pressure and lower risk of developing dementia.

Red Light Therapy (RLT)
Also known as photobiomodulation, RLT uses red and near-infrared light (typically 630–850 nm) to stimulate mitochondrial activity, boosting ATP production and cellular repair. It’s widely used for skin rejuvenation, wound healing, reduced inflammation, and muscle recovery. Clinical studies also suggest benefits for chronic pain, hair regrowth, and even neurological support. The published results on RLT now exceeds 7000 papers. A more detailed look at these can be found in the reference link below.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMFT)
PEMFT delivers low-frequency electromagnetic waves to the body, enhancing cellular energy. They affect the charge of the cell membrane, rebalancing it so membrane channels can open up, a bit like opening windows and doors to your house. This makes it easier for oxygen and nutrients to enter the cell, while carbon dioxide and waste are more easily eliminated from the cell. The end benefit is that cell function is rebalanced and restored. The return to optimal cell function helps to optimise your health performance and combat a variety of health conditions. The strength of the magnetic field can be described using the unit Gauss. A lower powered device may have only 100 Gauss. Our device can go up to 10,000 Gauss.

Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT)
EWOT involves breathing high-flow oxygen while engaging in moderate physical activity (walking or cycling) for only 15 minutes. This combination supercharges oxygen delivery to tissues, improving aerobic capacity, cellular metabolism, and detoxification. It’s particularly effective for reducing fatigue by producing more energy, calming inflammation in your joints, improving brain fog by flooding your brain with oxygen, and enhancing deep and restorative sleep. One study took a group of 30 Long COVID individuals for a 6-week programme using EWOT. Results showed a 186% improvement in endurance, a 17% reduction in fatigue, and cognition scores improved to near normal.
