By now you have chosen to do your programme from home, the gym you are already going to or you have chosen the BodyLab Rehab Gym option (click here for more details). If you choose to do your programme independently, it is recommended that you come back every six weeks to check on progress and upgrade your exercises to the next level (@$105 incl GST and this includes any programme changes).
We also have an online platform for ongoing programming should your circumstances change or because of distance. Please enquire.
